I've never been good at filling these things out, but here it goes. I like long walks in cold mountain air, preferably with snow on the ground. I enjoy drinking fine soda by the crackling fire, and deep tissue massage. I hope to one day grow up an become and astronaut, so I can fly to Venus to see if that's really where women come from. If it's true, I'll bring one back for you, too. Unless it's a dude you want, and then you're out of luck...sorry. My favorite month is October, because Halloween is the best holiday ever! It allows me to openly proclaim my love and obsession with scary movies without being seen as some sort of lunatic. Okay, not too much of a lunatic. I'm a huge fan of rock and metal music, and you'll often hear me blasting the control room speakers into oblivion every night during my show. My engineer doesn't like me very much, since he has to fix them. Sorry, Mike.

Alter Bridge hit the stage in one of their last performances before Myles hits the road this summer with Slash, and Mark begins more work on his next solo Tremonti CD.

They roared onto the main stage at Rock on the Range with their huge song, "Addicted to Pain", and got the crowd riled up and ready for their set of great song after great song!

Myles sounded amazing, and Mark ripped out the solos to the songs, while Brian and Scott kept the groove going throughout the set.

Trivium’s ‘Brave This Storm’ Live at Rock on the Range 2014

Trivium literally destroyed singer Matt Heafy's voice at Rock on the Range this weekend.  Trivium hit the main stage with a heavy set, filled with great songs like "Brave This Storm", "Black", "Built to Fall" and more.

The news has just come out that the band has to cancel the rest of their shows for the next couple weeks so Matt can rest his throat after their ROTR performance.  Talk about giving it your all!

The guys should be familiar to 'GRD listeners, as we had them in the studio for an acoustic performance the day they opened for Skillet here in Grand Rapids in March.

Great guys, fantastic band!

Check out the band kicking off their set at Rock on the Range with their song, "Dead Man" from their new album We As Human.

Rock on the Range Photo Gallery for Day 2 – Saturday, May 17th

Day 2 of Rock on the Range was another huge day, and the largest attended day for Rock on the Range in it's entire history.  Tons of bands hit the stage, and I got photos of as many of them as I could catch.

The coolest part of the day was when Ned and I got the chance to get on the stage for Avenged Sevenfold's set!  We (and a bunch of other people) got to climb up onto some scaffolding on the side of the stage and watch the show!  The concussion bombs and fire were a nice welcome to the cold, but were super loud!
