Aussie Comedian Says What We All Think About the Westboro Morons Picketing Robin Williams’ Funeral

A lot of people are still sad about the passing of Robin Williams last week, and the family wants to have a small, private funeral service for the genius.

But the asshats in the Westboro Baptist Church are threatening to protest at the service.

Could it be possible for us to hate them any more?  I’m not sure it is.

This Australian comedian, Adam Hills, goes on a great rant about this, and even throws out a fantastic proposal for the idiots from Westboro:

You don’t disrupt a funeral.  A person died, his family is in mourning, it’s not about you, dickhead.

If you really believe in standing up to those threatening the Christian way of life, how about putting your money where your mouth is, taking a direct flight to Iraq and picketing the people threading to behead Christians if they don’t convert?

He even offered to pay for the not only the flights, but pay the carbon offset!

I’m totally on board with this guy’s thinking!  Watch out, though, there’s some NSFW language in this, because Australian TV is more amazing than ours is.

I think I’ve found a new TV show to watch!  The Last Leg…but since I’m not Australian, I’ll have to watch it online here.
