Armed Citizen Attempts To Stop Shoplifters By Firing Six Shots At Their Vehicle

Thieves can be some of the stupidest people on the planet.  Sometimes they get caught, while other times they just totally fail in every way imaginable.  In the case of these thieves, they were actually some of the luckier ones and were able to flee, but only after their getaway car got pumped full of lead.

Saturday evening at a mall in Billings, MN, a citizen was walking to his car when he noticed two thieves attempting to get away after shoplifting.  The citizen, who just so happened to be an open carrying gun owner, tried to stop the robbers.  First, he tried to stand behind the getaway vehicle.  When that didn't work, he sent six bullets into the tires of the black 2009 Buick Enclave.  Somehow the bullets had no effect and the thieves got away.

What a waste!
