Arcade Fire’s Church Studio for Sale

The Quebec church where Arcade Fire recorded their last two albums is for sale. The property is reportedly listed at $325,000, so if you have some spare change laying around and feel like owning the building where two of the millennium's best albums were made, here's your chance.

The Canadian band recorded their 2007 album 'Neon Bible' and 2010's Grammy-snagging 'The Suburbs' at the church in Farnham, which is located in Quebec. The group had to abandon the spot when the roof collapsed on them. So they're now working on their much-anticipated fourth album at another location.

The official listing for the church calls the spot "a charming church which housed a small concert hall, followed by a recording studio also offering accommodation. Its architecture makes it a perfect location for an artist's studio, a place of worship, a cultural, community or other organization. Offer here a unique setting to your project!"

In addition to working on their new album, which apparently is not being produced by LCD Soundsystem's James Murphy, Arcade Fire played a secret show in Montreal last month that included several new songs.
