Another restaurant is closing its doors in West Michigan.

Saburba in Ada announced via their Facebook page on Wednesday that they are permanently closed.

The post confirmed rumors of the closing:

The rumors are true people, after lunch today we will be closed forever.

We started to lose money the day the construction started and Thornapple River Drive became a side street.

We so appreciate the love and support that all of our loyal customers/friends/family/staff have shown us over the years, we tried to make it work...we really did."

The primarily-take out restaurant opened in August 2012 and featured chef-driven, Michigan inspired foods.

According to MLive, Saburba was opened by Peter Davidson, a local chef who also helped open The Winchester, Grove, and The Green Well in Grand Rapids, and his partners Sarah Andro and Todd Hoort.

Other restaurants West Michigan has lost this year include Black HeronBD's Mongolian Grill, and Mandarin Chinese Restaurant,
