Boost Mobile employees in East Ridge, Tennessee got quite a surprise recently when a typical "angry customer" situation ended with a car through the front window!
This lady, who is no-doubt a definite Karen, wanted to return a phone but was told by store employees that was not policy.
The alleged Karen decided that was unacceptable, did not want to buy a new phone, and said, "No, I'm going to. This is BS. And I wanna be on the news."
Well lucky for her, she got exactly what she wanted, she's in the news, and got the joy of ramming her car into a building!
Everybody wins, right?
Well, except for Boost Mobile but were they ever really winning to begin with?
