A&E Is Bringing Damien From The Omen Back Into Our Lives [Video]

If you haven't seen 'The Omen', there's something truly great missing from your life. Seriously. Go watch it, and come back to this post. A&E is bringing the Beast to your TVs soon, with 'Damien', which follows the events of the original movie, 25 years later.

Damien is grown up now, and it looks like lots of evil is about to be unleashed upon the world in the new TV series! The voiceover talks about the seals being already broken, the trumpet having blown, and it's time for the Beast to destroy and do awesome evil stuff.

I paraphrase, of course.

The trailer shows bits from the original movie, and a cool shot of the family painting in the house, so I'm hoping this series will kick a lot of ass, and actually be scary!

TV has gotten pretty cool the last few years, with some good scary stuff, and lots of gory things being shown pretty regularly. I'm all for crazy, scary, and messy TV. It might actually make me want to start watching regularly again!
