Actor Bill Paxton, well-known for his roles in Titanic, Twister, Aliens, and HBO's Big Love, has died at the age of 61 due to complications from surgery.

TMZ reports that Paxton passed away on Saturday.

Paxton is survived by his wife and two children.

In a statement to TMZ, Paxton's family said,
