A Lawyer Who’s Known For Hating Drunk Drivers Was Arrested For Drunk Driving [Video]

49-year-old David Maloney is an attorney in Mobile, Alabama who specializes in representing accident victims, and he runs a lot of TV ads where he says he hates drunk driving.

In one ad, he says, "If you drink and you drive, and you hurt someone, don't call me.  I'm not gonna represent you.  I'm not gonna help you. If anything, I'm going to be the lawyer going after you."

Well surprise surprise! He was pulled over around 2:00AM on Sunday in Pensacola Beach, Fla. for speeding in his Lamborghini, and he was drunk. He's now facing DUI charges.
