Earlier this year, we checked out a news story about a Minnesota resident's license plate that was revoked because it was deemed to be offensive. The plate read, "FMUSLIMS." Well, that one plate triggered a review of nearly 100,000 other personalized license plates that have been issued and the state found some more that could be deemed offensive. In all, they revoked an additional 39 license plates.

The additional plates that were revoked included such gems as "DEZNUTS", "PNTYWGN", and "STFU".

Check out a full list of the revoked plates here.

Do you think that this is over-reaching?  Should people be allowed to display their creativity on their license plate?
