The 2014 Rockstar Energy Drink Uproar Festival kicks off Friday in Clarkston, with Godsmack, Seether and Grand Rapids' own Pop Evil leading a stellar roster of bands.

Also taking part are Skillet, Buckcherry, Escape the Fate, Redlight King, These Raven Skies, Tattered, Sons of Revelry and a special burlesque show by Suicide Girls.

Also, 3 Years Hollow, Within Reason and New Medicine will each play select dates on the trek.

The festival starts at DTE Energy Theatre in Clarkston and runs through Sept. 21 in Tucson, Ariz.

Here's the lineup for Friday at DTE Energy Theatre (all times EDT). On the Rockstar Energy Drink Main Stage, it's Godsmack, 9:25 p.m.; Seether, 8 p.m.; Skillet, 6:55 p.m.; Pop Evil, 6:10 p.m.; and These Raven Skies, 5:40 p.m. On the Festival Stage, it's Escape The Fate, 4:40 p.m.; 3 Years Hollow, 4:05 p.m.; Tattered, 3:30 p.m.; Sons of Revelry, 2:55 p.m.; and the Battle Band winner, 2:25 p.m.
